Relief Society Bash O the Bay 2012

The famous Bash 'o the Bay or "Dock of the Bay" annual Relief Society meeting was held today in Port Aransas @ the Haley's beautiful home on the canal. Fun was had by all. Great fun making the crafts that our wonderful Alberta prepared for us (cute hats, huh?)....and the FOOD....need I say more?
The fishing contest was held and I am proud to say that I won! Coming in second was Traci, then Alberta and Pat. We had several that had NEVER fished before and we were so proud for them to actually catch a fish!!! WOOHOO!! Like I say, I prefer "catching" to fishing any day, otherwise, I'd just as soon be taking the pictures.

Thanks so much to all of the ladies that participated. Very special thanks to Niki for providing the gracious
home and the dock... AND the cooking of the "dogs". Many many thanks to everyone who brought goodies to eat. A very special thanks to the priesthood who either chauffeured, chaperoned, baited hooks, took fish off lines, took pictures or just gave us pure moral support. I APPRECIATE IT.
